Q: How much for the soleswap Golf conversion service?
A: $175 for new 1st time clients, $150 for returning clients. Price not including return shipping, other customizations like painting and customs tailored solutions. Extra $15 for return shipping once the golf conversion completed.

Q: Do we provide both pair of shoes?
A: Yes clients provide both pairs (the upper and the donor sole) of shoes for the golf sole conversion service.

Q: How long is the process, turnaround delivery time?
A: The process take 5-7 business days. We work on FCFS first come first serve basis and will update you with the progress via Instagram or email. We do not rush our project, we work on project one at a time, and do not start another project until the current project in hand is finish. If you order multiple or send us multiple pair to soleswap it will take longer than 5-7 days, or we can send the 1st when is completed then work on the 2nd. Do not forget to put your contact on the order, so we can contact you for any issue that may arise (like delay, update and shipping info).

Q: Do you stock golf sole?
A: No we do not, clients need to provide two shoes.

Q: Can we use our own shipping.
A: Yes, we can use your prefer shipping or you can provide your own label.

Q: Can we send REPS Replica shoes.
A: No, we are not going to work on REPS. The first thing we do once we received the item, we inspect all shoes (upper and donor) part of our service, once we verified the items are authentic then we proceed with the project. If items are REPS and not authentic, we send it back to client and refund (less all shipping cost).
